Frequently asked questions

How many reviews do I get on the Free plan?

The Free plan includes 10 AI-powered code reviews per month — enough to try the product on real PRs. Reviews are counted per PR; subsequent pushes to the same PR update the existing review. Need more? Upgrade to Pro for unlimited reviews.

What AI model does CodePilot use?

CodePilot AI uses advanced language models optimized for code analysis, supporting JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, Java, C#, Ruby, PHP, and many more. Our models are fine-tuned to catch real-world bugs, security issues, and performance problems.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Team at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

Does CodePilot work with private repositories?

The Free plan works with public repositories only. Pro and Team plans support both public and private repositories.

How do you handle my code data?

Code diffs are sent to our AI provider for analysis only. We do not store your source code — only review summaries, scores, and metadata. Your code never leaves the review pipeline and is not used for training.

What languages are supported?

CodePilot AI supports all major programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, Java, C#, Ruby, PHP, and many more. Our AI understands language-specific idioms, common patterns, and best practices for each.
